As a Software Engineering Intern at Quinn Labs, you'll be an integral part of our development team, building next-generation AI solutions that make a tangible difference for businesses. Key Responsibilities
- Digital Workforce Development: Build and deploy custom digital workforce members using frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI API, and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architectures
- AI-Assisted Development: Leverage cutting-edge AI coding assistants like Windsurf and Coursor to accelerate development workflows
- Feature Development: Implement new features that enhance our core AI platform
- UI/UX Implementation: Create intuitive interfaces that make AI accessible to non-technical users
- Data Processing: Work with datasets to train and improve AI models
- Testing & QA: Develop and run tests to ensure reliability and performance
- Documentation: Create clear documentation for code and user-facing features
- Technical Research: Explore new technologies and approaches that could benefit our platform

Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- AI Experience: Familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI API, or experience building digital workforce members is a plus
- AI Tools: Experience with AI coding assistants like Windsurf, Coursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools
- Web Technologies: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Learning Orientation: Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them in practical settings
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts
- Self-Direction: Capability to manage your own tasks and seek help when needed
- Project Experience: Some previous project work (academic or personal) that demonstrates your coding ability
